By opting for online purchase, you optimize your time and save money. LeGarage assigns a dedicated authorized broker to your order, responsible for managing all administrative and logistical procedures, from bringing the vehicle back to your home.
All registration formalities, until obtaining the final registration certificate in your name, are fully taken care of. Your total satisfaction is your broker's absolute priority.
Your exclusive guarantees:
14-day or 1000 km trial period
You benefit from a test period after delivery. The balance payment is only made from the 15th day or after 1000 km driven.
In case of non-satisfaction, you can request an exchange (delivered at our expense) or cancel the order to get a full refund of your deposit.
Expertise and Transparency
- Technical expertise: A brand-approved technician scans the vehicle in your presence upon delivery to provide you with a real-time history.
- Official documents: Handover of a mileage certificate and a manufacturer report (less than 48h old) attesting strictly to the vehicle's impeccable condition.
Maintenance and repair warranty (12 months)
Upon delivery, we establish a 12-month contract covering maintenance and repairs with your usual mechanic. Failing this, an approved professional or dealer near you will be designated.
Partial payment procedure with discounts
Enjoy a flexible payment solution while benefiting from exclusive discounts on the vehicle's total price. With our partial payment options, you can spread your investment while reducing the overall cost of your purchase.
As soon as your reservation is confirmed, LeGarage gives you a 3% discount on the total price for any advance payment of 20% of the balance, made after receiving the order form.
The final payment remains due at the end of your trial period, either 14 days or 1,000 kilometers after delivery.
For clients wanting to maximize their benefits, LeGarage offers exceptional 8% discount on the total price for any advance payment of 60% of the balance, after receiving the order form.
As in all our plans, the final payment is due only after the trial period, ie 14 days or 1,000 kilometers after delivery, to give you time to fully confirm your satisfaction.

🔒 Transaction Security
To guarantee a rapid refund if canceled and avoid administrative delays, your authorized broker's bank details assigned to your file will be sent after you sign the quote. The deposit must absolutely be paid into this dedicated account.
🤝 Role of the delivery broker
Your broker will be on site to supervise delivery. If you cancel locally, they are authorized to instantly refund your deposit via immediate transfer, per our « satisfied or fully refunded » policy.
VAT Payment and Quitus Fiscal:
Upon receipt of the order form, payment of the VAT safety deposit will be requested.
In accordance with ANTS regulations, this deposit goes back to the Treasury through LeGarage. It is not an extra cost, as VAT is already included in the displayed vehicle price.
This deposit is a crucial step to obtain the tax clearance, an absolutely required document for registration. This procedure introduced by FNAA fights against VAT fraud and is restricted to approved professionals.
